1Information We Collect
AI Studio is designed with privacy in mind. Here's what we access:
- Photos: Only when you explicitly select them for AI generation. Photos are sent to Google's Gemini API, processed, and the result is returned to your device. We never store or access your photos.
- Profile Settings: Gender selection and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
- Generated Images: All AI-generated photos are stored locally on your device. We have no access to them.
- Purchase History: Handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We only receive confirmation of credits purchased.
2How Photos Are Processed
When you generate a photo, here's exactly what happens:
- Your selected photo is sent directly to Google's Gemini API
- Gemini processes the image and generates your new photo
- The result is returned directly to your device
- Your original photo and the generated image are stored only on your device
Important: We act as a pass-through only. Your photos go directly from your device to Google's API and back. We never see, store, or have access to your images at any point.
3Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services:
- Google Gemini API: For AI image generation. Google processes your photos according to their privacy policy. Images are not used for training and are deleted after processing.
- Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment information securely.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
4Data Storage
- On Your Device: All photos, generated images, profiles, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone/iPad.
- On Our Servers: Nothing. We do not operate servers that store user data.
- On Google's Servers: Photos are processed in real-time and are not retained after generation is complete.
To delete all your data: Simply delete the app from your device. All photos, generated images, and settings will be permanently removed.
5Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is on your device — you already have full access
- Deletion: Delete the app to remove all data instantly
- Portability: Export and share your generated photos anytime
- Control: Choose which photos to process — we only access what you explicitly select
6Children's Privacy
AI Studio is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us.
7Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. For significant changes, we may notify you through the app.
